Sympathy from my neck of the woods. I'm weary of dragging hoses...still.
It was a gorgeous early morning though. I was out with my camera before 7am, discovering what thrived in the weather with no help while I was away.
A certain yellow foliage plant we share...(like perhaps zone 8!) with maroon flowers...missed me and was drooping when I got back. It is happy again.
This evening it was the "orchard" that got watered.
HURRAY! You must be pleased with this morning showers! Soon I'll be back to mowing I suppose...
Sweetie (I have been off line for a bit .. sick) .. but I am sitting here enjoying the fabulous sound of RAIN !
I forgot how wonderful it sounds and I hope it goes on and on for a few days but apparently it is only for tonight ... big sigh .. surely never enough but at least we got a little?
